Avant Guard fashion fashion designer Alexander McQueen S/S10 collection simple takes your breath away with the sheer skill and mastery of how he applies Digital print to his collection, this has to be ‘Digital Couture’. Here he meticulous engineers his snakeskin prints into garment shapes which then disintegrates into a fine mesh. His models become alien creatures themselves as if they are shedding their own skin in front of your eyes. He shows how digital print can take you into mythical and fantasy world, with the garments becoming more like costumes. I will be checking out this collection close up as soon as it enters his store next month.
